“Kodra e Diellit” is a project that was created to give the opportunity of escape from the city, but over the years, it has become a town where the needs of the residents are easily met inside the Residence. Various services at “Kodra e Diellit” Residence include supermarkets, clinics and pharmacies, nursery and school, bars, restaurants and patisseries, dry cleaning, swimming pools, gyms, hairdressers and Spa-s and even a clinic and a hotel for our friends with paws. 

“Kodra e Diellit” Residence is not far, because if you live here you do not need to leave. Furthermore the residence has its own dedicated fleet of taxis that holds the name of the “Sun Hill”, with favorable tariffs for residents. Recently, “Kodra e Diellit” has a bus station, which makes movement easier for residents and visitors.
